“We are regulars at Rudi’s Deli in the Englewood/Parker/Centennial/Lone Tree corridor. Rudi’s is a scratch kitchen with few exceptions and everything is sliced, chopped, and otherwise made to order. Their breakfast is good for fast food style burritos and sandwiches and is worth stopping if you have time. Their lunch sandwiches are almost all well-balanced across the board. Love the bacon boy – basically a club sandwich on fresh baked bread with a solid, homemade pesto.”

“They have a patio with plenty of sun when it is nice outside. I am thankful to have Rudi’s as an option close to my house.”

“The breakfast burritos are some of the best around. They are yummy and filling. Eat one for breakfast and it’s easy to skip lunch!”

“I like this place!! The turkey avocado melt with honey mustard, sprouts, lettuce, tomato and cheese on honey wheat is super yummy and BIG so I get just 1/2 and a side. Most recently I tried the pasta salad side which was a generous side portion and thankfully not drenched in mayo; a pretty simple Italian style that I managed to finish by the end of the afternoon. I’ve also tried their green chili and several varieties of breakfast burritos –both of which are darn good.”

“The food is outstanding!!! My co-workers and I eat here all of the time!”

“Great sandwiches and gluten free bread option is a plus! They have breakfast and lunch. I go mostly for lunch then next door to Caribou Coffee to get my coffee fix.”

“Rudi’s deli is by far my favorite deli in CO. The bacon boy is huge, with flavor that matches its great size. A main stop for me, as well as my buddies at work. I’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for an amazing lunch.”
